To add or delete users from your account, or change the billing contact associated with your dealership, please get in touch with the Dealer Support Team, who can make these changes for you.
Please note: it is recommended that more than one contact is assigned when setting up accounts. This will allow us to send invoices straight to the correct contact, and will also ensure your dealership can still access Motorway in the event of an employee moving on.
In accordance with GDPR regulations, when you inform us of any employees leaving your company, we will update our records accordingly.
