When a vehicle does not sell during our daily sale or the sale is cancelled, we may offer the seller the option to relist their vehicle. If a vehicle does re-enter the sale, the reason for relisting will be noted in the vehicle details section of the vehicle listing:
Previous Buyer Change of Circumstances
If a sale is cancelled because a dealer could not proceed with the sale one of the following codes will be used.
| Buyer Contact | Contact could not be made with the purchasing dealer to arrange collection. No vehicle issue hence it is being relisted with the same details. |
| Buyer Intent Change | Dealer withdrew from the purchase prior to collection. No vehicle issue hence it is being relisted with the same details. |
| Transport | Original collection of the vehicle did not take place and could not agree a new date. No vehicle issue hence it is being relisted. |
Additional Damage Found
If a sale is cancelled due to additional damage found at collection, we will conduct the necessary checks to ensure the vehicle is suitable for a relist and will amend the listing to reflect the change in condition, including adding images of any additional damage.

Seller Change of Circumstances
If a sale is cancelled due to seller not being ready to sell (for example, lacking documents or being uncontactable), our team will speak with the Seller to ensure they’re ready and relist the vehicle using one of the following reasons. Should this cancellation occur on more than one occasion, they will not be offered a further relist.
| Vehicle Profile Revision | Listing has been updated with new details or documents. |
| Service History Update | New service history details were added to the listing. |
| Documents Delay | Seller could not get the documents uploaded in time, stopping the sale from progressing. |
| Seller Contact | Contact could not be made with the seller in time for sale to go ahead - details have since been updated. |
| Seller Readiness | The seller was not able to meet the collection dates required by the buyer. |
Pricing
If a vehicle received no bids during its first auction or received bids below the reserve price. When a vehicle receives bids below reserve, prior to relisting, we will always speak to the seller and the dealer with the highest offer to see if we can close the deal.

Trade Re-lists
Trade vehicles will also be relisted for similar reasons. We flag these relists and explain the reasons in a similar fashion to the relists of privately owned vehicles.
