This could be for several reasons:
- The customer has not yet completed the sale of their car, as it has already been collected.
- The customer has completed the sale of their car, but they have also previously sold another car with Motorway within the last 12 months. Only customers who have not sold with Motorway in the previous 12 months are eligible for the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.
- They did not follow your Refer a Customer link that you gave them when they sold their car.
- The customer’s car was not eligible to be sold in our online daily sales to our nationwide dealer network, but they sold it via our partners, CarTakeBack or TheCarBuyingGroup. This makes the customer’s sale ineligible for our Refer a Customer scheme.
- It has been fewer than seven days since your customer completed the sale of their car. In these instances, you can assume the reward is on its way soon.
- When you opted in to the Refer a Customer scheme, you used a different email address. Please check that email account for your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card instead.
- If none of these apply to you and your customer, please contact our customer service team and provide your name and email address, and your customer's details, including the registration number of the car sold.
