We want you to buy with confidence when purchasing vehicles on Motorway. That’s why we provide assurance that payments are made accurately and in a timely manner. We take full responsibility for getting the correct amounts to the correct recipients, for example the seller or finance provider.
Our policy covers you in cases of mispayment, e.g. when funds are sent to a third party that is not the intended recipient due to:
- an external or internal security breach; or
- an error made by our team.
In such cases, we will issue an additional payment to cover the necessary amount to complete the sale. For example, if we’ve sent less than the total vehicle price, we will send the remaining balance, or if we’ve sent more than the total vehicle price, we will reimburse you the excess.
Please note that this policy does not guarantee payment in cases where we are unable to verify the seller's details or suspect fraudulent activity on either the dealer or seller's account.

Please note:
- This policy will not apply if you have collected the vehicle before we have finished verifying the seller’s documents.
- We reserve the right to fix any processing errors we discover by debiting or crediting your account.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate this policy at our discretion. If we decide to make any substantial changes or terminate the policy, we will notify you in advance.
