If your purchase has a component failure, the repairer needs to raise the claim via Opteven’s online portal before any repairs are made. 

Opteven will pay or deny claims dependent on the terms of cover. All claims must be authorised by Opteven before repairs are carried out.

No payments will be made under the policy in respect of repairs which are carried out without their prior authorisation.
