How does Motorway Protect work?

To get started with Motorway Protect, just:

1. Purchase a vehicle on Motorway that’s covered by the policy.
2. Pay using fast, secure payments with Motorway Pay - this activates the policy for the next 5 calendar days, the day after payment.
3. You’ll receive a ‘Confirmation of Cover’ PDF and info pack upon your first purchase. For subsequent purchases, you’ll get a ‘Confirmation of Cover’ only.
4. In the event of a component failure, raise a claim via Opteven’s online portal before any repairs are carried out.
5. Opteven will review your claim within 4 working hours – and pay or deny claims dependent on the terms of cover.
