Our policy is that you must complete a cancellation form within 24 hours of leaving the collection address.
This is critical to avoid you being invoiced for vehicles that you have not purchased and to enable us to manage any issues that may be raised by the seller.
Failing to inform us of a cancellation in this timeframe is in violation of our Code of Conduct. This may result in further action against your account.
If you have missed the 24 hour timeframe, please still submit a cancellation form so that we are aware the vehicle has been cancelled.
