How do I make a price adjustment?

If additional damage is found during collection, here's how to adjust the price:

1. Click the ‘Report undisclosed damage’ button before paying with Motorway
2. Confirm whether you’ve already agreed a new price with the seller
3. Most dealers prefer to negotiate with the seller directly, but Motorway is always here to support you. If you need Motorway's help with a price reduction, select ‘No, I have not spoken to the seller’ and follow those steps.

The total to pay, including your fees, will be automatically recalculated. Make sure you fill out the Adjustment & Cancellation form with photo evidence, to justify the adjustment.
